First Egyptian pilgrims trip to start on September 7

Cairo, (IINA) - The Egyptian Red Sea's Port Authority (ERSPC) has prepared it's port in Nuweiba, south of Sinai for the start of the ground pilgrimage season of the year 1436H, which begins it wilderness trips on 7 September.
The Commission's Press Spokesman Abdul Rahim Mustafa stated on Sunday that the head of ERSPC Major General Hisham Abu-Sina has issued instructions to cooperate with other ports to ease the processes of pilgrims.  
The spokesman stressed out that the priority of Nuweiba's port will be to the pilgrims buses, and coordination with the passports department to carry on the procedures of ferry boats in coordination with the Arab Bridge Maritime company, which is the operating company of ferry boats.  
He also pointed out that around 10 thousand pilgrims will travel to the Holy Sites via Nuweiba's port, and that the first trips will start on the 7th of September and will last until the 13th, while the return trips will start from 30th of September until the 4th of October.
