Scholars urge leadership of Muslim countries to work for stamping out Daesh

Lahore, (IINA) - Islamic scholars and religious leaders from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Palestine and Kuwait have urged on leadership of Muslim countries to play their key role for stamping out of Daesh (ISIS) and other such terrorists organizations, which are playing havoc with peace, security and stability of Islamic countries, Daily Times Pakistan news reported.
The scholars of Islamic World also appealed to public and particularly to Muslim youths to stay away from terrorists’ organizations responsible for killing of innocent people on pretext of ‘Islam and Jehad’.
In a statement, foreign participants of ‘Message of Islam Conference’ that held in aegis of Pakistan Ulema Council (PUC) stated "that main reason for challenges of Muslim World from Palestine to Kashmir and Afghanistan to Syria is that Muslim Ummah never focused to address these issue. And the way violent extremist organizations have got strengthened from Libya to Yemen during course of last few years and the way some countries have initiated interference in affairs of Muslim countries, it has put on stake peace and stability of some Islamic countries threat fully.”
Therefore amidst this scenario, leadership of Islamic World needs to think over it seriously and along with ‘Islamic Military Alliance’ should move forward with complete understanding for intellectual and ideological alliance.
The statement also condemned brutal terrorists’ blasts in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Turkey stating that Holy Places of Muslims are there in Saudi Arabia and every Muslim considers security and protection of the Two Grand Mosque as part of his faith.
Islamic World, the Muslim Ummah should get united for its survival and solidarity.
The meeting also resolved to make endeavors to ensure implementation on joint declaration of ‘Message of Islam Conference’ and to take this declaration all over Muslim Ummah and Muslim youths. The statement also appealed on behalf of Mufti-e-Azam Palestine Al-Sheikh Mohammed Ahmed Hussein, Advisor for Religious Affairs Saudi Arabia Al-Sheikh Majid Al-Mursal, Al-Sheikh Abdullah Al-Aamri, Al-Sheikh Mohammed Al-Meenai, Chairman Pakistan Ulema Council Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi, Maulana Zahid Mehmood Qasmi, Abdul Hafeez Makki, Saeed Ahmed Inayatullah to leadership of different religions and religious sects to play their active role to save youths against growing influence of extremists and terrorists organizations.
Pakistan Ulema Council (PUC) organized “Message of Islam Conference” on recently, with the aim to highlight the religion’s true message of love and peace.
