OIC chief slams deadly bombing in Bangkok

Jeddah, (IINA) - Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Iyad Madani condemned the terrorist attack that targeted the business district of Bangkok resulting in the death of 22 and injuring more than 100 people on Monday. 
The secretary general expressed his anguish over this terrorist act and urged for the apprehension and prosecution of the perpetrators of the crime.
In addition, the OIC chief offered his condolence to the families of the victims, and to the people and government of the Kingdom of Thailand, reiterating at the same time the principled position of the OIC that vigorously denounces terrorism and violent extremism in all forms and manifestations.
