Riyadh, (IINA) - The Saudi Fund for Development recently deposited an amount of $60 million in the Palestinian Finance Ministry's account, SPA reported.
Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to Egypt' and the Kingdom's Permanent Representative to the Arab League Ahmed Qattan said that this amount represents the value of the monthly financial contributions provided by the Kingdom to support the Palestinian National Authority's budget for the months of July, August and September 2015.
He reiterated the Kingdom's support the Palestinian cause on all levels, pointing to the Kingdom's keenness since January 2013 to increase its contribution to the Palestinian Authority's budget from $ 14 million to $ 20 million a month.
