Saudi transport companies prepare 17 thousand buses to transport more than 1.3 million pilgrims

Sunday 16 Aug 2015 - 18:10 Makkah mean time-1-11-1436 (File image) Makkah, (IINA) - Saudi transport companies have prepared around 17,700 buses with complete equipment for the transportation of more than 1.3 million pilgrims from outside the Kingdom during the hajj season this year 1436 AH, SPA reported. The President of General Cars Syndicate retired Major General Ahmed Sampawah pointed out that all the buses are ready to serve pilgrims and transport them from Makkah to the holy sites and vice versa in order to achieve the directives of the government to provide the best services to pilgrims and enable them to perform the fifth pillar of Islam easily, comfortably and safely.
