Riyadh (IINA) – Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni, who is on a visit to Saudi Arabia, met here on Sunday with Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Iyad Ameen Madani, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues of mutual interest and ways of enhancing joint cooperation between Uganda and the OIC.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Labour Dr Saad bin Moufarrej Al-Hagbani and Saudi Ambassador to Uganda Dr Jamaan bin Abdulaziz Raffah.
Museveni also received President of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) Group Dr Ahmad Mohamed Ali.
The two sides discussed a number of issues of mutual interest and means to strengthen the joint cooperation between Uganda and the IDB Group.
