Bahrain is top Arab country with 13th rank globally in generousity

Manama (IINA) – Bahrain has been ranked Number 1 among Arab and Gulf countries in terms of generousity, according to the World Giving Index of 2015, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.
The Charities Aid Foundation's (CAF) World Giving Index measures peoples' generosity in terms of voluntarily giving of their own money and time in helping strangers.
Bahrain has been ranked 13 at global level followed by the United Arab Emirates and Norway as 14th and 15th respectively.
The United States, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and the Netherlands topped the list of ranking from first to sixth respectively.
The World Giving Index 2015 includes data from 145 countries across the globe over a five year period (2010-2014).
