Egypt to increase fish production up to 2 million tons

The ministry's plan aims to increase the annual per capita fish consumption in Egypt to reach 20 kilograms, said an official in the General Authority for Fish Wealth. In this context, Egypt plans to build the biggest fish farm in the Middle East in the new Suez Canal axis, the official added. AG/IINA
