Doha, (IINA) – Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani and Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov signed on Sunday an agreement of co-operation between the two governments on fighting crime, Gulf Times reported.
The agreement was signed following a session of official talks chaired by PM Sheikh Abdullah and his Bulgarian counterpart.
During the talks, the two sides discussed bilateral relations and means to develop them in different fields in addition to a number of regional and international issues of common concern.
In the same vein, both leaders witnessed the signing of a letter of interest between Qatargas and the Bulgarian Gas Company Bulgaraz.
Separately, the Foreign Minister’s Assistant for Foreign Affairs Muhammad bin Abdullah al-Rumaihi met the Bulgarian Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov in Doha.
During the meeting, both sides discussed bilateral relations and means to bolster them in addition to topics of mutual interest.
