Cairo, (IINA) - Speaker of the Arab Parliament Ahmed Mohammed Al-Jarwan has commended the wisdom of the Sudanese leadership and the people of Sudan for applying the procedures of democracy on the occasion of the referendum on Darfur's administrative status, WAM reported.
In a statement on the occasion, Al-Jarwan called on the Sudanese people to remain united, pointing out that the Arab Parliament supports Sudan in whatever will help it to uphold national unity and territorial integrity.
