OIC condemns terrorist bombing in Ankara

Jeddah, (IINA) - The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned Wednesday’s terrorist attack that hit the Turkish capital Ankara, causing the death of 28 people and the injury of 61 others.
OIC Secretary General Iyad Ameen Madani described the bombing as a shocking and atrocious act that defies all human values.
He stressed the need to prosecute and punish the perpetrators of this attack and the groups behind them, expressing total solidarity with the Government of Turkey in defending its national security and preserving its territorial integrity and stability.
The secretary general also conveyed his sincere condolences and sympathies to the Turkish government, people, and the victims of this tragic event, wishing the wounded speedy recovery.
