Manama (IINA) – A number of Bahraini minors who took part in riots and acts of sabotage in villages and disrupted people’s interests have been arrested, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported quoting an official of the Ministry of Interior.
Assistant Undersecretary for Legal Affairs at the ministry Maj. Gen. Mohammed Buhammoud said that legal actions were taken against them.
In a statement issued Saturday, he said that the measures which affirm the rule of the law, reflect keenness on the future of deluded youngsters. "Their protection represents a collective responsibility, " he said while pointing out that they jeopardize their future and expose their lives and the life of others to danger through their involvement in such acts.
