Jenin, (IINA) - Israeli forces, who were stationed beside the separation wall, which was built illegally on Palestinian territories, fired tear gas canisters and stun grenades at a boys’ secondary school in Jenin on Sunday, WAFA reported.
Witnesses told WAFA that Israeli forces fired tear gas canisters and stun grenades at Al-Tayba Secondary School in Jenin whilst students were still inside. This occurred while groups of settlers attempted to storm Yabod town, west of Jenin.
Israeli forces often target schools and other educational facilities, and they tend to use brute force against students as well as the teaching staff, which is a flagrant violation of the international law.
