Riyadh (IINA) – Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has issued an order to host 1,000 Palestinians from martyrs' families to perform Hajj pilgrimage this year, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.
This came in a statement by Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al Asheikh, who is also the General Supervisor of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Guests Program.
Al Asheikh expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his commitment to build bridges of fraternity and to make it easier for them to perform the Hajj rituals under the Guests Program.
In a statement on Sunday, the Palestinian Martyrs Foundation in Lebanon lauded the royal order to host the relatives of the martyrs to perform Hajj, saying that Saudi Arabia and its leadership have great favor toward the Palestinian people in various spheres of life.
