African Development Bank approves $11.5 million for Morocco

Abidjan (IINA) – The African Development Bank on Wednesday approved a loan of $112.5 million for Morocco, to support the competitiveness program of the Moroccan economy.
The Abidjan-based bank, the economic capital of Cote d'Ivoire, said in a statement that the loan aims at supporting the reforms undertaken by Morocco to improve public and private investments, in order to boost their effectiveness on the economic growth and job creation.
This loan will bring the total amount of the loans extended by the African Development Bank to Morocco, to around $2.31 billion.
