UN: 170 Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces in 2015

Friday 01 Jan 2016 - 14:55 Makkah mean time-21-3-1437 New York, (IINA) - The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reported on Thursday that at least 170 Palestinians were killed in 2015 by the Israeli occupying forces, including over 140 during the ongoing Israeli escalation in the occupied Palestinian territories, WAM reported. OCHA released a statement saying that at least 15,377 Palestinians were also wounded in 2015, 90% of them in demonstrations and clashes in the West Bank and Jerusalem. According to OCHA, Israeli authorities demolished 539 Palestinian houses in several districts of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem during the year 2015. AG/IINA
