Extraordinary Meeting of OIC Foreign Ministers kicks off in Jeddah

Thursday 21 Jan 2016 - 15:31 Makkah mean time-11-4-1437 Jeddah (IINA) – Foreign Ministers of the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) kicked off here on Thursday their extraordinary meeting, being held at a request from Saudi Arabia to discuss the repercussions of the attacks on its embassy and consulate in Iran. The meeting is being held under the chairmanship of First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Khaled al-Hamad al-Sabah, whose country holds the current session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers.   AB/IINA
