London (IINA) – Saudi Arabia's Embassy in London has warned the Saudi citizens in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland to stay away from suspicious places, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
"In view of the security situation in the United Kingdom following the unfortunate incident that took place in the subway in east London and security threats in Europe in general, the embassy hopes that all Saudi citizens who are in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland to be cautious, stay away of suspicious places, be careful not to enter into controversial discussions and not respond to any possible provocations," the embassy said in a cautionary statement released on Monday.
It also advised the Saudi nationals to follow up the security situation in the U.K. and follow the security instructions issued by local police departments.
The embassy explained that in case of any emergency, Saudi citizens can contact the embassy on number 00442079173000 or the unified call center for Saudis abroad on 0096692003334.
