UAE lauds Saudi-Egyptian Coordination Council

Abu Dhabi, (IINA) - The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs praised on Thursday the leading role of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for their efforts towards the creation of Saudi-Egyptian Coordination Council, SPA reported.
The ministry said: "The coordination council between Riyadh and Cairo represents a fundamental pillar of the Arab cooperation and advancement". It also pointed out that the UAE in its quest for the joint Arab action "sees the role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt as a basis for this work".
It noted that the Saudi-Egyptian Coordination Council establishes the required cooperation drive and momentum for the joint Arab action. "This Saudi and Egyptian leaders' vision embodies hope cherished by the Arab world to address the challenges and threats".
The UAE emphasized that the cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Egypt "reflects common interest of the Arab states and peoples".
It added: "The renaissance of the Arab world and its ability to overcome crises will be through the joint Arab action away from regional interferences".
The ministry concluded that the Arab world is becoming stronger in the light of the Saudi- Egyptian cooperation and coordination.
