From its side Bahrain news agency reported that the Royal Bahraini Air Force warplanes (RBAF) landed on Sunday afternoon in Jordan.

The RBAF participation is within the framework of the bilateral defence cooperation with Jordan, is based on the Joint Arab Defence Treaty and is within Bahrain's commitment to the efforts of the international coalition to eradicate terrorism. It is also part of the robust brotherly ties of kinship and deep-rooted solidarity between the two kingdoms.
