Republic of Chad, (IINA) - The office of the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) in Chad has opened Al-Rahma Mosque in  the village of Sheikh Hosseini in the country, SPA reported.
WAMY stated that the mosque has the capacity to accommodate 200 worshipers, and that the project was implemented within the framework of the projects that have been approved for the office of Chad by the wing of social programs management at WAMY.
Assistant Secretary General of WAMY Dr. Mohammad bin Umar Badahdah said that village of Sheikh Hosseini, which lies east of the capital, N'Djamena, was selected for the construction of the mosque due to the significant shortage of places of worship in that region.
