Arta, Djibouti (IINA) - Djiboutian Prime Minister Abdoulkader Kamil Mohamed laid the foundation stone for a village in Arta region. The village, funded by a Qatari charity group, would consist of 100 housing units as well as a health center, primary school, mosque, a tailoring center, drinking water network and other infrastructure facilities.
It is noteworthy that the African Relief Committee (ARC) has taken the responsibility of building the village, which will be the fourth of its kind in Djibouti, and the period of implementation is one year.
