Roughly 200 protesters took part in the protest in Midtown Manhattan, where some picketers said that the Trump is a 'fascist' and a 'racist'.
Many Muslim demonstrators carried signs saying that they are not terrorists and should not be associated with terrorist groups such as ISIS.
Trump has previously called for Muslims to be banned from coming to the US because of the terrorist attacks in Paris and San Bernardino, California.
The candidate's tower on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, which doubles as both his corporate offices and the center of campaign, has recently become the sight of protests because of the remarks.
Left-wing filmmaker Michael Moore stood outside 'Trump Tower' last week and held a poster that said 'We are all Muslim' until he was moved by police.
It is worth to mention that demonstrations has been centered around the building since before Trump's most recent remarks.
'We started holding our protests in July, when Trump said Mexicans were drug dealers, criminals and rapists,' one of the demonstrators, Jaime Gonzalez, 34-year-old, said.
