Qatar global E-Commerce forum to open in Doha tomorrow

Doha, (IINA) - Marketing experts from global e-commerce companies and more than 10 Qatarian start-ups will share success stories and challenges at the Qatar E-Commerce Forum 2015 that will open at the Ritz-Carlton here on Monday, QNA reported.
Organized by the ministry of information and communications technology of Qatar, the forum assembles businesses, policymakers, and e-commerce service providers to address e-commerce trends and developments in Qatar and the world.
The event will be open by the Minister of Information and Communications Technology Dr Hessa Al Jaber with her speech on 'Setting the Agenda for e-Commerce in Qatar'.
The forum features 27 speakers from Google, Uber, PayPal, Visa, PayFort, and other e-commerce companies.
Participants will mull the prospects of developing the potential of e-commerce business model, secure transaction, marketing opportunities and deliverables.
One of the forum's panel discussion is titled 'Qatar-Based e-Commerce Startups: Prospects and Challenges. It will be fully dedicated for Qatari entrepreneurs.
