Nablus, (IINA) - Israeli Jewish settlers attacked on Tuesday four Palestinian olive farmers near the village of Tal west of Nablus, WAFA reported citing local sources.
Several Jewish settlers who were under the protection of Israeli forces have detained and assaulted four Palestinian farmers while they were harvesting olive trees near the Nablus village of Tal. The farmers were identified as Mohammad Ishtayeh, Ahmad Hindi, Meqdad Zeidan and Karim Ramadan.
This came during a series of clashes as a result of rising tension because of the repeated Israeli assaults on Al-Aqsa Mosque, Islam’s third holiest site, particularly after increasing attempts to enforce a temporal division on the site between Muslims and Jews.
