ISESCO chief hails establishment of Moroccan King foundation for African Ulema

ISESCO Chief Dr Abdulaziz Altwaijri

Rabat, (IINA) - The Director General of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) Dr Abdulaziz Altwaijri hailed the establishment of Moroccan King Muhammad Foundation for African Ulema as crucial for ensuring coordination, integration and cooperation between African Muslim scholars.
Also, enhancing their role in spreading Islam’s tolerant teachings, and countering the extremist trends threatening the security and stability of the African continent.
On this occasion, the director general expressed thanks and appreciation of Moroccan King for his patronage and support for this commendable initiative, which confirms the Kingdom of Morocco’s leading role and its strong contribution to spreading the tolerant message of Islam and supporting African countries in every field.
In the same vein, Dr Altwaijri affirmed ISESCO’s keenness to cooperate with the foundation to fulfill its noble mission.
