Tuesday 16 Jun 2015 - 23:13 Makkah mean time-29-8-1436 Jeddah (IINA) - Saudi Arabia’s Supreme Court on Tuesday announced that Thursday, June 18, will be the first day of the fasting month of Ramadan, the Royal Court said in a statement. Muslims in several other countries also start observing fasting on Thursday. They include the Gulf states such as the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait, as well as countries in the East and West like Indonesia, Malaysia, Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Lebanon and France. |
