OIC chief voices solidarity with Tunisia in war on terrorism

Jeddah, (IINA) - The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) expressed its strong condemnation of the criminal terrorist acts perpetrated in different parts of Tunisia on Monday, resulting in the death and injury of several security officers and unarmed civilians.
OIC Secretary General Iyad Ameen Madani expressed the OIC’s full solidarity with the people and government of Tunisia in its war against the agents of terrorism and violent extremism. Madani extended his condolences to the families of the martyrs and expressed his best wishes for prompt recovery of the wounded.
OIC chief further reiterated his organization’s principled and unwavering stand against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and its condemnation of terrorists as enemies of life and bearers of a culture of death, killings and devastation.
