Wednesday 10 Jun 2015 - 11:28 Makkah mean time-23-8-1436 ISESCO chief Dr Abdulaziz Altwaijri, Prof. Ecaterina Andronescu, Mihnea Costoiu Bucharest, Romania (IINA) - The Politehnica University of Bucharest in Romania recently conferred its excellence diploma on Dr Abdulaziz Altwaijri, director general of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO). Theipl diploma was awarded in recognition of his dedicated efforts to the implementation of the strategy  for  promoting  energy  efficiency  and  use of clean  and  renewable  energy sources in the Islamic World. This was also in appreciation of ISESCO’s support for the World Renewable Energy Congress XIV, being organized by the World Renewable Energy Network (WERN), in association with ISESCO and the University Politehnica of Bucharest, in the Romanian capital from  June 8 to 18. The diploma was presented to the ISESCO chief jointly by Prof. Ecaterina Andronescu, president of the university’s Senate, and  and Mihnea Costoiu, rector of the university. SM/IINA
