Ramallah (IINA) – Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday demolished a mosque under construction in Wadi al-Na'am village in the Negev desert, Petra News Agency reported.
The Arab Monitoring Committee in the Negev desert said in a statement that Israeli force specialized in the demolition of homes had raided the unrecognized Bedouin village, which is being threatened with displacement, sealed off the area and bulldozed the mosque.
"There is a fierce attack underway against Arabs in the Negev, where one house is demolished every week by Israeli authorities or home owners who are afraid of fines, especially those who live in villages that aren't recognized by Israeli authorities," the statement added.
