Ashgabat, (IINA) - President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow will soon pay an official visit to Kazakhstan, Tengrinews reported citing the press service of Akorda.
President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and Gurbanguly discussed details of the forthcoming visit in a phone conversation,
The date of the visit has yet to be fixed.
In addition, the two leaders touched upon the issues related to the bilateral cooperation as well as the course of implementation of the agreements reached during the official visit of Nursultan to Turkmenistan last December.
During the telecon, the leaders also talked about the presidential elections of Kazakhstan, held on Sunday.
