Tunisian PM to take part in Paris rally against terrorism

Tunis (IINA) – Tunisia Interim Prime Minister Mehdi Jomaa will take part in a march against terrorism on Sunday in Paris, Tunisia news press (TAP) reported.

Invited by the French authorities, Jomaa will represent Tunisia in the Republican march scheduled for Sunday afternoon in Paris, the prime minister's office said.

According to information Adviser to the Prime Ministry Mofdi Mseddi, Tunisia's participation in this rally is "a message of solidarity and support against terrorism, henceforth a common enemy."

This march will take place in the presence of French President François Hollande, with the participation of several heads of states and governments from Europe and representatives of several countries as well as international organizations.

The march is organized in tribute to the victims of the Wednesday’s attack on the office of the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.
