Riyadh (IINA) – Yemen's government spokesman Rajah Badi said that Yemeni Airlines (Yamania) will resume its trips between Aden and Cairo in the next few days, according al-Masdar Online.
The announcement comes a few days after Yemen's national army along with the Popular Resistance forces managed to liberate Aden airport from the Houthi and Saleh militias, and to resume the activity of receiving a number of aircraft loaded with humanitarian aid.
Badi expressed gratitude, on behalf of Yemen's government, to the Egyptian government for the recent statement containing facilities for Yemenis who want to travel to Egypt for the purposes of treatment or education. He stressed that these facilities came as a result of the efforts and contacts made by the Yemeni government with the Egyptian side in recent weeks.
