Erekat: Palestine to join ICC on Wednesday

Tuesday 31 Mar 2015 - 15:50 Makkah mean time-11-6-1436 PLO Member Saeb Erekat Ramallah (IINA) – PLO Executive Committee Member Dr. Saeb Erekat said “Palestine will be announced in The Hague on Wednesday as an official member of the International Criminal Court (ICC)”, after completion of all the technical and legal preparations. Erekat said that this move will qualify Palestine to join the 523 international organizations and conventions. He added that the commission in charge of preparing the files on Israeli aggression and settlements, which will be formally submitted to the ICC in April, has almost finished its work. AB/IINA
