<div style="text-align: justify;"> Amman (IINA) &ndash; Jordanian Prime Minster Abdullah Ensour met here on Tuesday a Turkish parliamentary delegation led by Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Cemil Cicek, Jordan News Agency (Petra) reported.<br /> During the meeting, the two sides discussed the Jordanian-Turkish ties and ways to expand them, as well as the latest regional developments.<br /> Ensour spoke about the impact of instability in the region on both Jordan and Turkey, pointing that all the crises the Middle East has been witnessing for decades are due to the failure to solve the Palestinian issue.<br /> &ldquo;Finding a just and lasting solution to the Palestinian cause that leads to the creation of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital would bolster the security and stability of the region&#39;s states and their peoples,&rdquo; Ensour told the visiting delegation.<br /> He also stressed the importance of promoting shared understanding of possible solutions to the regional challenges and the establishment of peace and stability.<br /> Cicek asserted that the Middle East is in the grip of crises that &quot;tear the heart out,&quot; noting that Jordan and Turkey were the most affected countries by these crises.<br /> Cicek also addressed the economic and trade ties, as he stressed the importance of bilateral trade promotion. He noted that concluding a free trade agreement and visa exemption for citizens of both countries would boost cooperation between Jordan and Turkey.<br /> AB/IINA</div>
