Pope Francis: There is need for peaceful dialogue, juxtaposition with Islam

Wednesday 12 Nov 2014 - 13:16 Makkah mean time-19-1-1436 Rome (IINA) – Pope Francis expressed his conviction that "there is a growing need to build a peaceful and constructive dialogue with the juxtaposition of the Muslims in Africa," AGI, an Italian news agency, reported. Pope made this request to the African bishops of Senegal, Mauritania, Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, whom he met on Tuesday. "The Church be a witness for the love of the Lord for all without distinction of religion or community group," Pope said, and praised in this context the efforts of the Church in Africa to spread human values and work in the health and education fields.
