Riyadh (IINA) – Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman received here on Monday a delegation from the U.S. Congress, led by Benjamin Cardin, Democratic Senator from Maryland, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The delegation members comprised Democratic Senator from Massachusetts Edward Markey; Democratic senator from Oregon Jeff Merkley; and Republican Senator from Colorado Cory Gardner.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed the relations of friendship between Saudi Arabia and the United States, as well as the prospects of cooperation between the two countries.
