Jordan, Germany agree to enhance parliamentary ties

Sunday 07 Feb 2016 - 12:51 Makkah mean time-28-4-1437 Image from Petra Amman, (IINA) - Jordanian Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament Atef Tarawneh on Saturday held talks with Speaker of the Bundestag (German Parliament) Norbert Lammert on ways to cement bilateral ties in various fields. They also discussed major developments in the Middle East.  The talks also covered prospects for closer cooperation between the parliaments in both countries. Tarawneh spoke about the Syrian refugee crisis and said this issue isn't Jordan's responsibly only but that of the entire international community. SM/IINA
