Rabat, (IINA) - The Albanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ditmir Bushati, during his official visit to Morocco, has signed an agreement to avoid double taxation with his Moroccan counterpart Salaheddine Mezouar, Albanian News Reported.
Bushati and Mezouar also signed an agreement for the abolition of visas by diplomatic and service passport holders. They also discussed further diplomatic collaboration.
Bushati held talks with the Moroccan Minister of Economy and Finance Mohammad Boussaid during which they emphasized on the importance of increasing future economic cooperation between the two countries. They also identified the concrete areas of mutual bilateral interest.
It is noteworthy that Bushati's visit was also in order to lobby for the state of Kosovo's membership in the UNESCO. He requested that authorities rethink their attitude towards the recognition of the state of Kosovo and to support its admission request to the UNESCO.
