​Tawaf resumed on Mataf bridge

Monday 14 Sep 2015 - 21:36 Makkah mean time-1-12-1436 Makkah (IINA) - Tawaf (circumambulation around the Kaaba) resumed on the temporary Mataf bridge on Sunday. The security authorities in cooperation with the Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques had suspended circumambulation on the bridge after the crash of a crane at the Grand Mosque last Friday. Pilgrims were allowed to do tawaf on the bridge after engineers reassured the authorities about its safety. HA/IINA
