Cairo, (IINA) – The 89th meeting of Arab League regional offices to boycott Israel, which took place in Cairo on Thursday, expressed the need to find a comprehensive unified Arab strategy to ensure that Israeli goods are not smuggled into Arab countries, and to preserve the Arab national security.
The statement noted that the use of economic and cultural boycott against Israel has proven with time to be effective in the service of Arab causes, particularly in the restoration of the Palestinian occupied lands and violated rights.
It also stressed out that boycotting Israel will continue until the full restoration of Palestinian occupied lands, and the implantations of UN resolution, international treaties and Geneva Conventions.
The meeting also highlighted the importance of abiding by the rules of the Arab boycott of Israel which will contribute effectively at Palestinians' battle against Israeli occupation.
