First mass Iftar in Crimea’s new mosque

Baku (IINA) – Jama, a new mosque in Belogorsk in Crimea, has seen the first mass iftar ceremony after its opening this year.
The press office of the Religious Department of the Crimean Muslims reported that the iftar ceremony, which was followed by taraweeh prayers, had brought together more than 70 fasters.
It is worth mentioning that the opening ceremony of mosque, held on April 24, was attended by Hajji Emirali Ablayev, mufti of Crimean Muslims, Rasul Waleleav, main financier for the mosque construction and chairman of Bekir Jobanizadh Foundation, and Nariman Celal, first deputy chairman of the Crimean Tatar National Assembly, as well as a number of the Crimea Peninsula citizens.
