Jordanian King discusses bilateral ties with Egyptian PM Mahlab

Amman, (IINA) - Jordanian King Abdullah on Wednesday met with Egyptian Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab, who is leading his country's delegation to the meetings of the Joint Higher Jordanian-Egyptian Committee here, Petra reported.
During the meeting, Abdullah stressed Jordanian-Egyptian ties and called for boosting them in various fields, adding that Jordan is keen to maintain constant coordination with Egypt over issues of common interest.
The King urged the Joint Higher Jordanian-Egyptian Committee to open new horizons for closer partnership and cooperation between the two countries in economic spheres.
For his part, Egyptian PM noted that his country is also keen to advance relations with Jordan.
