Jeddah, (IINA) - Considering the critical developments on the security and humanitarian fronts in Yemen, and following the announcement of ending of operation “Decisive Storm” and starting of operation “Restoring Hope”, the OIC is planning to hold an extraordinary meeting of the council of foreign ministers of the member states.
The OIC noted that the meeting will be held at the level of foreign ministers at the request of the legitimate leadership of the Republic of Yemen to discuss the latest developments concerning the current situation in Yemen and future perspectives.
It is worth noting that along its political efforts with all concerned states and parties, the OIC has also adopted a humanitarian relief campaign to help the Yemeni people overcome their difficult living conditions.
