Bahrain, Egypt discuss ways to enhance media cooperation

Sunday 04 Jan 2015 - 11:54 Makkah mean time-13-3-1436 Cairo (IINA) – Bahrain’s Advisor to the King for Media Affairs Nabil al-Hamar met here a number of Editors-in-Chief of Egyptian newspapers, in the presence of the Bahraini Ambassador to Egypt Sheikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Bahrain News Agency reported. During the meeting, Al-Hamar reviewed with them the means of enhancing bilateral cooperation in press and media fields for the interest of the two brotherly countries. He also lauded the honorable stances of the Egyptian press in supporting Bahrain, as well as Arab and Islamic causes. Both sides agreed to enhance communication and put forward a program to develop joint action and increase cooperation and coordination among journalists in both countries. AB/IINA
