Dubai, (IINA) - The fourth edition of the World Government Summit opened on Monday in the presence of UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, world leaders and representatives of international organizations, WAM reported.
The summit has registered participation of more than 125 countries, 3,000 officials, and 125 speakers, and it will continue for 3 days until Wednesday.
The summit will witness more than 70 sessions with the participation of dignitaries, leaders, decision-makers, ministers, executives, innovation leaders, and entrepreneurs, and experts from both the government and private sectors from around the world, as well as representatives of academic institutions and university students. It will also see the launching of various initiatives, reports and studies.
The summit is considered one of the most significant international events that look to future prospects, new forms of cooperation between governments and the private sector, and the development of innovative solutions with a futuristic vision for many of the common challenges facing world governments today.
