Turkey reiterates support for Syrian opposition

Ankara (IINA) – Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu reiterated his country’s support for Syrian opposition forces ahead of UN-backed negotiations on the future of the war-torn country, Anadolu Agency reported.
Davutoglu made the remarks during a meeting with the head of the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces Khaled Khoja and former Syrian Prime Minister Riyad Farid Hijab in Ankara on Saturday.
The Turkish premier expressed the country's support for the Syrian opposition ahead of talks on resolutions to end the war, recently adopted by the UN Security Council.
Khoja and Hijab expressed their gratitude for the Turkish people’s support for Syrians during the war.
