WAMY distributes 1,500 food baskets to Yemeni orphans

Jeddah (IINA) – The World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) has recently distributed 1,500 food baskets to Yemeni orphans and their families, living in the governorates of Sana'a, Ibb, Dhamar, Al-Baidha, Taiz and Hadramout.
The distribution process comes within the framework of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman's 'Operation Renewal of Hope' for urgent relief campaign in the Republic of Yemen.
The baskets contained basic food items such as flour, sugar, oil, dates, milk, rice and legumes, distributed as follows: some 500 baskets in Hadramout, 450 in Sana'a, 300 in Taiz, 150 in Ibb, 48 in Thamar and 52 baskets in Al-Baidha.
