Turkish President hails Moscow's Central Mosque

Friday 25 Sep 2015 - 17:42 Makkah mean time-12-12-1436 (Image from Anadolu Agency) Ankara, (IINA) - Turkish President Recep Erdogan said on Wednesday that the restoration of Moscow Cathedral Mosque is “An excellent masterpiece was made out of the historic Moscow Cathedral Mosque”, Anadolu Agency reported. The Turkish president attended the opening ceremony of Central Mosque in Moscow upon an invitation by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Putin thanked Erdogan for taking part at the ceremony of reopening the mosque and for Turkey’s contributions in the project. "We know that Turkey is set to hold the parliamentary elections. So I wish you success," Putin added, referring to the preparation for the parliamentary elections that will take place on November 1 in Turkey. AG/IINA
