Saudi Arabia: Eid al-Adha holiday extended by three days

Wednesday 23 Sep 2015 - 11:15 Makkah mean time-10-12-1436 Jeddah (IINA) – Custodian  of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman ordered extension of Eid al-Adha holiday for all sectors of the state and students at all levels of education, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported. The holiday was extended by three days to cover Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, corresponding to the 16th, 17th and 18th of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah 1436 H., according to Um Alqura calendar. Accordingly, the official working hours will begin on Sunday, 21st Dhu al-Hijjah 1436 H., according to Um Alqura calendar. AB/IINA
